Kristin is a product leader with over a decade of experience leading, scaling, and developing product teams. Building healthy, authentic creator and content ecosystems with immersive and engaging experiences is her passion. 

Before transitioning to advising, Kristin was the Chief Product Officer at Metatheory working on the future of web3, gaming, and transmedia. Prior to Metatheory, she was the CEO of Top.gg, the largest platform to discover Discord Bots & Discord Servers. Kristin has held roles as a Director of Product Management at SoundCloud for the Creator-to-Fan Group, where she led a talented team of product managers focused on building products that fueled the community experience and flywheel. Prior to SoundCloud, she worked in product management roles at Pinterest (leading pinner-to-creator engagement), at Twitch (working on experiences for game developers, extension developers, creators and mod authors) and at LinkedIn (building insights products). Before entering tech, she began her career in consulting at Mahindra & Mahindra in Mumbai and conducted economic research at Franklin Templeton. 

Kristin also serves on the Board of Directors for Partners in School Innovation, a non-profit that transforms teaching and learning in the lowest-performing public schools to help every student, regardless of background, thrive in academics. She is also a mentor at Cornell Tech and First Round Capital’s Fast Track Program.

Kristin’s passion for helping people achieve their career goals started at Cornell University where she graduated with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations. She worked in Cornell’s Office of Career Services for 4 years. Her college internships included summers at Alcoa, Goldman Sachs, and Lansdowne Consulting.

Kristin spends her free time in the San Francisco Bay Area in California hiking with Meepo, her aussiedoodle, cooking and baking with ingredients from her garden and local farmers markets, and indulging in reformer pilates and yoga.
