Kristin is a product leader with over a decade of experience leading, scaling, and developing product teams at both tech unicorns and startups: LinkedIn, Twitch, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Top.gg & Metatheory.

Her experience working at large enterprises in product leadership roles at some of the most loved apps and websites and in executive roles at startups gives her a unique perspective across B2B and B2C. She has experience with both 0 to 1 products and with scale. Specialties include helping companies with product strategy, PMF, roadmaps and prioritization as well as building a strong product foundation and optimizing processes to increase velocity. 


Kristin has also helped dozens of individuals achieve their career goals and dreams at each stage of their careers. From students to executives, she has provided hands-on coaching to navigate career challenges. Topics include breaking into product management and the tech industry, transitioning from IC to people management as well as preparation for promotion, interviews, and negotiation. Her passion for empowering people to achieve their career goals started at Cornell University where she worked at their Office of Career Services for 4 years during her undergraduate studies and continued through First Round Capital’s Fast Track Mentorship program where she has served as a mentor for several years.
